Bengaluru is gearing up to host the much-anticipated Aero India Show 2025 from February 10 to 14 at the Yelahanka Air Force Station. To ensure a smooth experience, here are five key points attendees should know:

Bangalore: Bengaluru is all set to host the much-anticipated Aero India Show 2025, kicking off on February 10 and running until February 14 at the Yelahanka Air Force Station. As fighter jets soar through the skies in rehearsal flights, the city is buzzing with excitement as thousands of aviation enthusiasts arrive to witness the thrilling aerial displays.
Pass Registration and Categories
To attend the event, visitors must register on the official Aero India website under the "Visitor Registration" section. There are three types of passes available:
Business Pass – Offers access to the exhibition, Air Display Viewing Area (ADVA), and a car parking pass.
General Visitor Pass – Grants access to the exhibition and ADVA.
ADVA Pass – Provides exclusive access to the Air Display Viewing Area.
Pass Prices and Entry Details
Business Pass: Rs 5,000 for Indian nationals and USD 150 for foreigners (valid from Feb 10–12).
General Visitor Pass: Rs 2,500 for Indians and USD 50 for foreigners (valid on Feb 13–14).
ADVA Pass: Rs 1,000 for Indians and USD 50 for foreigners (valid from Feb 11–14).
Parking and Transport Guidelines
Visitors with a parking pass should take Airport Road, cross the flyover at IAF Hunasemaranahalli, make a U-turn, and follow the service road to Gate No. 05. Exiting should be done through Gate No. 05A via Reva College Junction.
For those without a parking pass, designated parking is available at GKVK Campus and Jakkur Airfield, with free BMTC shuttle buses transporting visitors to the venue.
Route Restrictions and QR Code Compliance
Attendees must strictly follow the designated route mentioned in their QR code on the pass or ticket. Deviating from the assigned route will not be permitted.
Event Timings and Security Checks
The exhibition runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, featuring two air shows per day, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Strict security measures will be in place, with visitors required to carry a valid government ID for verification.
With all preparations in place, Bengaluru is ready to host yet another spectacular edition of the Aero India Show, offering an exhilarating experience for aviation enthusiasts and industry experts alike.
