Ashoke Pandit condemns Ranveer Allahbadia’s statement

Ashoke Pandit took to his Instagram and shared a video of himself condemning Ranveer Allahbadia’s vulgar remarks. He also stated that people who are now criticising BeerBiceps had called him ‘old-fashioned’ when he called out AIB – Knockout featuring Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.
Ashoke Pandit captioned the post as, “A heartfelt reaction to the Ranveer Allahabadia vulgar joke controversy. Almost a decade ago, in the name of roasting, a show called ‘All India Bakchod - Knockout’ had happened, and it was in very bad taste. Not only did it belittle women's dignity, but also the standard of jokes was pure crass. It was a new low when this show was widely accepted, and I was trolled for raising my voice against this vulgarity. Today, when an Allahabadia does it, the entire society has risen to condemn this act. The hypocrisy of before and after a decade has made me react to this controversy.”
