What Makes Badass Ravi Kumar Click?
Shot across multiple locations in India and abroad, the film delivers an entertaining of high-energy music, stylised action, and Reshammiya’s signature dramatic dialogues. The soundtrack, composed by Reshammiya himself, has also played a key role in drawing audiences to theatres as the songs Tandoori Days and Dil Ke Taj Mahal Me are already viral.
With its unapologetic, over-the-top action and parody-like storytelling, the film has struck a chord with fans of masala entertainers. Our in-house review from Zoom rated the film 3.5 stars, stating that, " It’s loud, it’s brash, and it doesn’t even pretend to take itself seriously. With heavy dialoguebaazi, it’s a parody, it’s a throwback to the over-the-top action flicks of yore."
As Badass Ravi Kumar heads into the very crucial first Sunday, all eyes are on whether it can sustain its momentum and turn into a surprise hit at the box office, defying all predictions.
