Badass Ravi Kumar Box Office Collection Day 3: Himesh Reshammiya's Film Sees Decline, Lags Behind Loveyapa

If you’re craving mindless, illogical action comedy, then Himesh Reshammiya’s Badass Ravi Kumar is all you need to watch! The Keith Gomes directorial might not qualify to be a critically acclaimed film, but the audience is certainly accepting it. Badass Ravi Kumar is pitted against Loveyapa at the box office.

According to Sacnilk’s early estimates, Badass Ravi Kumar has put up a decent show at the box office. On the third day, the film collected Rs 1.40 crore. The graph is declining. However, in totality, it is ahead of Loveyapa. The total collection after three days is Rs 6.15 crore. As per Sacnilk, Loveyapa collected Rs 1.65 crore on Sunday.

Times Now’s in-house critic stated the plot of Badass Ravi Kumar. The film revolves around ‘Ravi Kumar, a cop who doesn’t play by the rules, because "Kundali mein shani, ghee ke saath honey aur Ravi Kumar se dushmani sehat ke liye haanikarak ho sakti". He’s suspended, but that doesn’t stop him from becoming the 'superhero' he wants to become. The plot is a mess of love triangles, mafia dons, secret agents, and a reel with classified intel that could destroy India’s espionage network. Cue a series of increasingly ridiculous action sequences, one-liners that would make Arnold Schwarzenegger blush, and more than a few eyebrow-raising moments. It’s clear that this movie isn’t for the faint-hearted or the logic-obsessed; it’s for those who want something that’s unapologetically outlandish.’

Himesh Reshammiya returns as Ravi Kumar after 11 years in the spin-off film of The Xpose. The 2014 film is currently streaming on multiple platforms, including Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ Hotstar along with YouTube.
