Deva Box Office Collection: Shahid Kapoor, Pooja Hegde Film Is Bollywood's BIGGEST Weekend Overseas Opener Of 2025

It has recently been brought to netizens' attention that Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde starrer Deva, released on January 31, 2025, has become the first Bollywood film as biggest opening weekend overseas grosser in 2025.

Shahid Kapoor's action-packed recent release has earned Rs 11.6 crore in its first weekend, officially becoming the Biggest Opening Weekend Overseas Grosser of Bollywood in 2025. Makers of the film have announced another big development, collecting a total global box office collection of Rs 38.30 crore.

The official Instagram account of Zee Studios and film producer Siddharth Roy Kapur has shared the exciting poster of the Day 4 update on the film. The post features, "The rage is soaring high! 38.30 crores. Day 4 Domestic: 3.39 cr Overseas: 0.90 cr Global GBOC: 4.29 cr"

Deva is a 2025 release, starring Shahid Kapoor as ACP Dev Ambre and Pooja Hegde as Diya Sathaye. The film revolves around Dev, an arrogant police officer suffering from memory loss. While investigating the mysterious murder of his best friend, he becomes familiar with astonishing development, putting the pieces of truth together. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film Mumbai Police featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead role (2013).
