Malayalam Actor Shane Nigam's Next Is Titled El Clasico!

On February 9, Sunday, Malayalam actor Shane Nigam took to his social media to announce the title of his next film. According to the new announcement, the film has been titled El Clasico, and would be directed by debutant Rosh Rasheed.

Sharing the title poster of the new film on social media, the RDX actor wrote, "EL CLASICO: VOLTAGE HIGH, TEMPER HIGHER. When authority clashes with arrogance, expect an explosion. (sic)" The film would be featuring Anupama Parameswaran as the female lead, with Chemban Vinod Jose playing a pivotal role.

Jointly written by Ameer Suhail and Rohith Reji, El Clasico would be produced by Naisam Salam under the banner of Naisam Salam Productions. The production house had earlier bankrolled the Basil Joseph-starrer Kadina Kadoramee Andakadaham (2023) and the upcoming Asif Ali-starrer Abhyanthara Kuttavali, the first look of which was released recently on the occasion of its lead star's birthday, and slated for an Eid release.

Further details regarding El Clasico's extended cast, technical crew, genre, and plot are yet to be revealed, and more updates can be expected from the film's team soon.

Shane Nigam was last seen in his Tamil debut film Madraskaaran. The actor has various projects that are currently in various stages of production in his kitty. Among these are an untitled sports-based action film that us being directed by debutant Unni Sivalingam; a love story titled Haal that has been helmed by debutant director Veeraa, and a yet-to-be-titled project by director Martin Joseph, which is being presented by ace director Jeethu Joseph of Dhrishyam fame.
