Massive Fire At Mahindra Facility In Hyderabad Burns 8-10 Brand New Cars To Ashes-VISUALS

Hyderabad: A major fire broke out at a Mahindra facility in Kondapur, Hyderabad, on Thursday night, destroying 8 to 10 brand-new cars parked inside. The vehicles were completely burned to ashes. Five to six fire tenders were dispatched to the site and worked for several hours to control the blaze.

However, no casualties were reported, and the cause of the fire is yet to be determined.

In another news, a fire broke out at MetroChem API Pvt Ltd, a pharmaceutical company located in Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City in Parawada, Anakapalli district, early on Tuesday morning. According to the police, the fire started at around 6:30 AM in the effluent treatment plant.

The flames were swiftly doused, with fire tenders arriving on the scene immediately after the fire was reported. Within just 20 minutes, the situation was under control, and there were no injuries reported, officials confirmed.

Anakapalli Superintendent of Police Tuhin Sinha stated that the fire was quickly extinguished thanks to the prompt response of the fire department. "The fire broke out in the effluent treatment plant. Fire tenders reached the site without delay, and the fire was brought under control in 20 minutes," Sinha said.
