Officer On Duty Trailer: This Kunchacko Boban Film Promises An Intense Investigative Thriller

The makers of actor Kunchacko Boban's upcoming investigative thriller film Officer On Duty took to their social media on February 9, Sunday, to release the first official full-length trailer in the lead up to the release of the film on February 20. The trailer reveals the film to be an intense crime investigation thriller where Kunchacko Boban plays the role of a disgraced police officer on the trial of a group of criminals.

Directed by Jithu Ashraf, and scripted by writer-director Shahi Kabir, Officer On Duty also stars actors Jagadish, Vishak Nair, Manoj KU, Srikant Murali, Unni Lalu, Ramzan, and a few debutants. On the technical front, Officer On Duty has Kannur Squad director Roby Varghese Raj as the cinematographer, Jakes Bejoy as the music director, and Chaman Chakko as the editor. Officer On Duty is produced by Martin Prakkat Films in collaboration with The Green Room, headed by Siby Chavara and Ranjith Nair. The two banners had previously collaborated on Pranaya Vilasam(2023).

Jithu has previously worked as the assistant director in films such as Action Hero Biju, Udhaharanam Sujatha, and Ela Veezha Poonchira. He has also been noticed for his acting roles in films such as Nayattu and Iratta.

Kunchacko Boban was last seen in Amal Neerad's Bougainvillea, while Priyamani’s last appearance was in the Hindi film Maidaan, opposite Ajay Devgn.
